Cala Gran is located in an area classified with restricitive urban laws. It is a protected area that prevents the construction of new buildings but allows the restoration of existing ones.

Thanks to these very restrictive conditions, the property privacy and its surroundings are protected from the urban excess that unfortunately affected other areas of the Costa Brava.

Currently, Garbi Constructors together with the team of architects Planas Ferrer is developing an exclusive new design with an aim to respect the existing volume while promoting a better integration into the landscape.
